AL WAKEEL GROUP has been gifted so far to possess an excellent team of employees of all categories related to infrastructure projects. The human resources have been handled directly by the Senior Management and each employee is selected based on their merits. These parameters are qualification, relevant and international work experience, presentation skills, a team player, attitude to safety and quality and motivated.
Without any exception, all the staffs of AL WAKEEL GROUP are well trained, technically sound and well experienced in their areas of specialization within civil engineering. There is a particularly strong focus on infrastructure related works such as Earth-moving, Road Works, Pipelines, Drainage works, Small structures. On average the Company employs around 500 people yearly.
The Head Office permanent staff would be 35-40 and the Workshop and Stores another 25 permanent staff. The Larger Projects 20million plus have a resident Project Manager with Site Engineers and Supervisor full time in his team, smaller Projects are staffed by Senior Superintendant, Site Engineers and Forman who are visited daily by Operations Managers.
